Chalet Features
The most accessible home to the slopes for
ski-in/out, this beautiful four bedroom chalet is located at the
end of the cul-de-sac on Douglas Court. An upscale luxury chalet
featuring complete timber-framing and a rock (imported from
Montana) and shingle exterior. The driveway and patios are
heated - thus, no snow accumulation. There is a 1200 sq ft patio
situated on the slope side of the home just off the main
floor/living space. The views are spectacular as you look down
the mountain toward the village. There is also a covered
ski-porch that includes a large outdoor gas fireplace. Just
outside on the patio is a large hot tub. The inside features are
gourmet kitchen (Thermador appliances); large, hand-made fir
dining table with views of the slope; two master suites on the
third floor (California king and queen beds); steam bath;
soaking tub; theatre room and pool table, 3 indoor gas
fireplaces, 2 bedrooms on the main floor (queen and two twins)
with a shared bathroom; full bathroom/shower next to the laundry
room; wine room and tasting area. The home has radiant floors
throughout with slate floors and reclaimed antique oak flooring
in the main living space and library. Lastly, the sound system
of the home utilizes smart media with IPOD docking stations in
the main floor bedrooms. In addition, we have a lock-out suite
(1 bedroom) with full kitchen, laundry and own hot tub. The
chalet is located above Gentle Giant at the intersection of
Rambler Run and Sunrise.

living, 3rd floor master ensuite, and outdoor covered patio.
Layout:
Two entrances - ground floor entry along heated walkway
to the suite and ground floor with walk-up to main portion
of the home.
Living Area:
Two large living areas provide for privacy and room for
family gatherings.
Dining Area:
Two dining areas. A separate dining room for 4 is
located adjacent to the suite living room/kitchen. A large
dining table with seating for 10 is located on the main
floor. Seating for 2 at the kitchen island is also
convenient and cozy.
Kitchen:
Two complete kitchens with microwave, stove/oven,
dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer (w/ice).
Amenities:
To name a few...SLOPE-SIDE - you can't find a better
location...radiant floors, carpeted bedrooms...large walk-in
showers...large soaking tub...2 washer/dryers...2
kitchens...heated driveway with space for 4 cars - means you
don't shovel snow to get in or out!

executive homes.
